Jupiter's Mission Statement:
We have a firm commitment with our customers to provide duly qualified seafarers in time to meet their needs and expectations along with all applicable requirements. We are also committed to continuously improve the effectiveness of our QMS to enhance customer satisfaction.
Certification
Seafarers of Jupiter Marine Servives (Pvt) Ltd are duly qualified and hold certificates of competency from Pakistan, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.
Jupiter adheres very strictly to MLC2006, it has a very transparent mode of selection inline with MLC 2006 in letter and spirit.
Jupiter's holds ISO 9001 : 2008 including certification of MLC 2006 by Lloyds.
Policy
Jupiter's policy is to keep selected seafarers depending on the kind of vessel they are trained for with one customer in order to inculcate loyalty towards the particular customer they serve. Jupiter does not believe in shifting seafarers from customer to customer.
Crew Selection Procedure
Jupiter presently has a strength of 515 seafarers and continues with the motive to grow. Jupiter has professionally a strict method of selection which includes CBT, Questionnaires, Interviews and last employer checks. Jupiter adheres very strictly to MLC2006, it has a very transparent mode of selection inline with MLC 2006 in letter and spirit.
